This comprehensive Final Report presents the research and findings from the four analysis topics within the document: Delivery Method Study, 4D Safety and Phasing Plan, On-Site Renewable Energy implementation, and Facade Redesign. Also included are two breadth topics: Mechanical impact regarding the facade redesign and structural impact regarding the facade redesign. The report includes the research methods, steps taken to complete, and the final conclusions or each analysis.
